Returns/Refunds

In the unlikely event that the products that we supply you are either faulty or not what you ordered Essential Group Ltd will replace the goods as quickly as is possible free of charge.

If you change your mind on the product that you want we can replace providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be thoroughly checked over before installation commences as we will not replace items that have already been fitted or cut into in any way. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and seals intact. 

Essential Group Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage that happens to any products inside the consumer's property boundary. Our deliveries are strictly to the curbside and any further is left to the driver's discretion.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations on stock items but must be told within 24 hours of time of order, and must be put in writing or email to . If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense.

Note that we cannot accept cancellations on special order items such as carpet/vinyl as these are cut to specific lengths for the consumer.
