Luxury Vinyl Tiles

Luxury Vinyl Tiles, or LVT, give you the day to day advantages of vinyl flooring such as durability and ease of maintenance. They are designed to reflect the unique textures and patterns found in natural wood and stone flooring with beautiful depth of colour.

The easy maintenance of LVT flooring (a simple weekly mop or brush keeps the floor looking as good as new) together with great sound and heat insulation ensures that luxury vinyl tile flooring is a great, cost effective alternative to the real thing. They are also ideal for laying over underfloor heating systems where the surface temperature does not exceed 27 degrees.

LVT offers all the attractions of wood and stone without any of the drawbacks of these materials. They cope beautifully with the rigours of busy commercial and retail environments, so can handle the toughest domestic situation.

In the event of damage, LVT plank or tile can be replaced easily. This is a huge advantage over products supplied on a roll such as carpet, linoleum and sheet vinyl and click together floors such as laminate, as damage means a costly replacement of your whole floor.

Sheet Vinyl

Vinyl flooring is very durable and easy to maintain. It is mainly installed in bathrooms and kitchens as it is moisture resistant.  At affordable prices it's widely used and very popular. The flooring is available in many styles, colours, and designs.

It's normally available in 2/3/4 metre wide rolls. It's perfect for large and high traffic areas, and is water resistant. It is relatively easy to fit and doesn't take long. This type of flooring will facilitate your needs within time and budget.

Vinyl flooring contains a unique blend of properties. It consists of four layers. The layers include a vinyl or felt bottom layer. The bottom layer is then covered with liquid polyvinyl chloride, or PVC. A filler or decorative layer is then added, and finally a protective vinyl seal which is known as the wear layer, which is a clear hard wearing coating. The wear layer protects the vinyl from scratches, dents, moisture and wearing out prematurely. Like any coating, the wear layer needs proper maintenance. This will maximize the life of your floor, while keeping it clean and sparkling.

Vinyl flooring has hundreds of designs and patterns. From solid colours to wood and tile effects, traditional and modern designs. They can spruce up any home improvement project. Vinyl floors are used in bathrooms, kitchens and any living areas
